1.Why is the Dutch Oven chipping, rusting and corrosion resistant?
This series of products is completely made of aluminum, compared with traditional cast iron dutch ovens, it shows advantages above because of its material feature, that is, aluminum is less likely to react with air or water chemically.
2.How to care for the cookers?
Although the products are durable, the interior nonstick coating requires TLC, non-metal utensils are recommanded.soft pads, sponge or cloth would be perfect.Before using for the first time,clean with warm soap water and mild detergent, then wipe it dry and apply a litte cooking oil to the coating.
3.Will the Dutch Oven be compatible with my stovetop?
Absolutly yes! It can suit induction cooking surface with its induction base that distributes heat evenly. Apart from that, it also works well with gas, electric, ceramic and halogen stovetops.

1.What payments do you accept?
We accept Paypal, credit cards and Google Pay.
2.My payments was declined,Why?
If your credit card is declined there maybe a few reasons: the card has no funds available, you entered the wrong CSV security code, the card is expired, you entered the wrong billing information, the card does not allow internet purchases(card not present purchases)etc. In any event by calling your issuing bank they can tell you why the card declines. Or you can try a different credit card or using paypal as your checkout method.
3.How do I cancel my order?
Only unshipped orders can be canceled. Cancellation may be done through e-mail.Refund will be issued accordingly if card is charged.
